LifePath Systems - a proven source of help and hope
We are a comprehensive system of care, a not-for-profit mental health service provider staffed with highly qualified and experienced psychiatrists, licensed therapists, registered nurses and caseworkers. We specialize in providing effective treatment to those
individuals diagnosed with Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia, but have skills and training in responding to nearly all forms of mental illnesses. Services available include group and individual counseling, service coordination, psychiatric rehabilitation and psychiatric
medication evaluation and follow-up. We provide services to individuals of any age. We accept a variety of payers, including NorthSTAR (state-funded), Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, private insurance and self pay. Our goal is to help the clients (and their loved ones) understand their illness;
find ways to reduce its impact and to create the supports necessary to live a full, happy life. We strive to accomplish these goals in a respectful, caring environment that focuses on the needs, strengths and desires of each individual.
