We will help you understand your options and obtain the services you or your family member need to lead quality lives.
As a Collin County resident, you can depend on us for quality service coordination, respite, community supports and supported employment. You will also find dedicated and well trained staff who operate two LifePath Systems group homes and a major support program called the Home and Community Services (HSC) Medicaid waiver option.
