Substance Use Authority

Outreach, Screening, Assessment, and Referral (OSAR)

LifePath’s OSAR serves as the “front door” to all Substance Abuse services for low income uninsured individuals residing in Collin County.  Our OSAR counselors are imbedded in our Open Access Clinics to provide one seamless entry point for all individuals seeking mental health or substance abuse services in the county.  For more information on how to access substance use services, please see “How Do I Get Services”.

Community Resource Directory      Community Resource Directory FY17

This resource directory is for all individuals needing community resources related to their substance use disorder.  Please come into our Open Access Clinic (see “How Do I Get Services”) for additional information and referrals from our trained professionals.

Quarterly Regional Collaborative Meetings

The goal of these meetings is to provide a forum to allow collaboration amongst substance use treatment providers and referral sources and ensure new local resources are identified and brought to the table as needed to ensure the full recovery continuum is available in our community.
