| Chief Information Officer | LifePath Systems based in McKinney, Texas is seeking to fill its Chief Information Officer position. Created as a community mental health and mental retardation center in 1986, LifePath currently provides a wide array of services to over 4,500 individuals annually, funded by a variety of sources (county, cities, managed care and private insurance companies, client self pay, and state agencies). | |
| Contract Respite Provider | LifePath Systems is seeking providers to contract with the Center to
provide respite care services for individuals with Mental Retardation,
Autism or PDD. Potential providers must be 18 years of age, must pass a criminal background check, nurse aid and misconduct registry check, and must complete a contract and required training prior to service delivery. Reimbursement rates range from $10-$18 per hour depending on client need. Potential contractors must provide a driver’s license or other proof of identity, a Social Security card and auto insurance if they are providing transportation.
