LifePath Systems is a community-based, non-profit organization created specifically to help individuals and their families dealing with mental illnesses, intellectual disabilities and developmental delays. We collaborate extensively with the 38 other community mental health mental retardation centers in Texas to ensure the best possible care for Texans.  LifePath has been in operation since 1986, meeting the needs of the people of Collin County and the surrounding areas. Seeking a Clerical Assistant


  • Set up case files and documents necessary for program administration
  • Type documents and correspondence
  • Screen walk-in and telephone calls and refer to the appropriate personnel
  • Timely enter all information into the required data programs
  • Organize maintain and retrieve program files
  • Process, retrieve, and disseminate information and documents including letters and memos
  • Set appointments and reminders
  • Proofread documents
  • Assist in compilation of statistical reports
  • Ensure client-privileged communications are kept confidential
  • Provide statistical information as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES include the following: Knowledge of MS Word and Excel


High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); 1 year of Clerical experience.
