1. Working with the families and staff of LifePath Systems has been a rewarding experience over the past 4 years. To see changes in the children we serve and to be a resource for their families is so rewarding. To be able to offer ideas and suggestions within the family’s daily routines and to help the family help their own child grow and develop is why I enjoy my job so much. The quality of staff that we are able to work with is very high caliber, and that shows in our ability to provide such valuable services. Working as a team and collaborating with other staff is a very important component of my job.

2. Working at LifePath Systems for 19 years in the Human Resources Department has been a pleasure. I’ve been given the opportunity to know excellent staff that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
-Jan Young, Staff Training Specialist

3. Working for ECI of LifePath Systems is a blessing because it has given me the opportunity to meet some incredible families. I consider it a privilege to be a part of the stepping stones in these children’s journey to overcome struggles. Each of them have helped me to grow professionally and personally.
-Kaylee Gregson, Speech Language Pathologist

4. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to be a part of the LifePath Systems organization. LifePath Systems has provided opportunities for me to grow in my professional role while contributing to me as an individual. I have found LifePath Systems to be consistently supportive of me as a person- they have provided training for me within my career track without expecting me to sacrifice my home-life. I began my career with LPS as an Entry Level Early Intervention Specialist when my son was 4 years old . I am now a Program Administrator, and my son is getting ready to graduate from high school. I have never been faced with a choice between being a valued employee or being an invested parent. I feel that I have been able to contribute to a stellar organization without compromising my core beliefs.
-Sandra Westbrook, Program Administrator
