We offer a comprehensive system of care for individuals with mental illnesses, mental retardation and developmental delays. Early Childhood Intervention Services for children birth to three years old. Behavioral Health Formerly known as Mental Health Services, for ages three and up with mental illnesses or substance abuse issues. Intellectual, Developmental Disabilities Formerly known as MR Services, for individuals ages three and up, with Mental Retardation or other developmental disabilities, including autism.     Finding Help in a Crisis If you think that you or someone you care about is facing a life-threatening emergency, including a threat of injury to himself or someone else, call 911 imediately.
